Delivery

We ship across Pakistan. All orders are dispatched with a tracking number from CALL COURIER. For orders exceeding RS 2500, delivery is always free. Delivery times 1-3 days and may be longer than usual during sale seasons and promotions.

Refund and Returns Policy

On presentation of the original till receipt, Maxe Collection will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed items in 30 days from the purchase date (14 days during the sales season) in any shop where the appropriate collection is available within the country of purchase.

Note: Sales items may only be changed in size and are non-refundable

Normally, refund will be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email once the return has been processed. Once the return has been completed, please wait 1-3 business days for reimbursements to be sent to the original mode of payment.
